1. Product Appearance & Natural Materials

Color Representation

While we make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible, the actual color of the product may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings, screen resolution, and lighting conditions in your environment.

 

Natural Characteristics of Dried Flowers

Our dried flower products are made from natural botanical materials. As such, variations such as bent stems, small scratches on leaves or petals, insect marks, or natural color variations may occasionally occur.

These characteristics are part of the unique beauty of natural materials and cannot be artificially reproduced. We hope you will appreciate them as part of the charm of working with real dried flowers.

Variations described above are not considered defects and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale items
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Personalized products
• Digital downloads

Please note that once digital products are delivered or accessed, they cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Ship the item to the return address provided in the instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:

• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Refund processing may take up to 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
